Python – #37 – set() – .issubset()

Metoda .issubset()

Metoda zwraca wartość logiczną bool. Metoda zwraca True, jeżeli wszystkie elementy set’u, na którym zastosowano metodę, znajdują się w secie z argumentu, w przeciwnym razie zwracana jest wartość False.

Składnia:

set.isdubset(set2)
set.isdubset(set2)
set.isdubset(set2)

Parametry:

set2 – zbiór porównywany ze zbiorem, na którym zastosowano metodę.

Wartość zwracana:

bool

Przykłady:

set1 = {1, 2, 3, 22}
set2 = {0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
print(set1.issubset(set2)) # wynik --> False
print(set2.issubset(set1)) # wynik --> False
set1 = {1, 2, 3}
set2 = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6}
print(set1.issubset(set2)) # wynik --> True
print(set2.issubset(set1)) # wynik --> False
set1 = {1, 2, 3}
